About Check My Ring Size

Most online ring sizers ask you to trust one measurement, taken one way, with no way to check it. We built this one around three separate calibration methods and three separate ways to measure, so you can cross-check a result instead of guessing whether it's right.

The calculator shows US, UK, EU, India, Japan, and China sizes together, because most people shopping across regions or buying for someone abroad shouldn't have to run the same measurement through six different tools.

We're not a jewelry retailer. We don't sell rings, and the brand guides on this site exist to help you convert and understand sizing systems, not to sell you anything. None of the brands referenced on this site have reviewed, endorsed, or sponsored this content.

Check My Ring Size is created and maintained by Kristal Thapa, who launched the site in August 2026. You can reach the site directly through our contact page.

How the sizing data works

Conversions are based on widely published jewelry-industry size tables, which map each US half size to its UK, EU, India, Japan and China equivalent, along with the inner diameter and circumference in millimeters. Sizes between published points are interpolated. The tool runs in your browser, and nothing you measure is uploaded. Regional systems, especially India and China, vary between jewelers, so we recommend confirming with a seller's own chart for high-value purchases. See ring size systems explained.

Editorial approach

Our guides are written independently, with no payment from jewelry brands. Brand pages are unofficial references and link to each brand's official sizing resources. Pages carry published and updated dates, and we revise them when sizing information changes or readers report a problem.
