Reading between rows
If your measurement lands between two rows, the calculator on the home page interpolates automatically. By hand, round to the nearer diameter, and round up rather than down if you're unsure, a slightly loose ring is easier to live with than a tight one.
Why regions don't line up perfectly
US and UK sizes use fixed diameter steps. EU, Japan, and China sizes are closer to raw circumference, so the gap between adjacent sizes isn't always constant. That's why the same physical ring can be an exact US 7 but sit between two Japan sizes.
