Cartier ring size guide
Cartier's numbers aren't quite the standard EU chart
Cartier sizes by millimeter, the same principle as the general European system, but the house runs its own internal scale rather than the generic EU chart used by most other jewelers. In practice the gap tends to be small at lower sizes and can grow at larger sizes, though the exact amount varies by piece and collection, so don't assume a fixed offset. If you already own a Cartier piece, use the number stamped inside it rather than converting from a different brand's ring.
The Love ring runs its own scale again
The Love collection is a wide, structured band, commonly 3.5mm to 6mm depending on the version, and Cartier sizes it slightly larger than a standard Cartier ring at the same finger measurement to account for that width. Don't assume your regular Cartier size and your Love ring size are the same number.
Approximate conversion
Treat this as a starting point, not a guarantee. Confirm in-store where possible, especially for the Love collection, and compare against the full ring size chart if your measurement falls between two rows.

Resizing
Plain Cartier bands typically resize within a couple of sizes. The Love ring and pieces with pavé-set stones around the shank have less room to move, sometimes half a size in either direction, since the setting limits how much the metal can stretch or compress. If your measurement sits right on the edge between two Love sizes, sizing up is usually the safer call.
